Contracting - SAP R-3 practice leader - 09/10/2010

We are looking for Practice Leader with hands on experience addressing the my SAP R-3 experience

As the Practice head, the manager will provide leadership and will be the go-to person for business development and delivery functions. We expect you to:

  • Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership for business process improvement, solution design.
  • Establish client relationship, understand their pain points, challenges, and goals.
  • Participate in team selection for functional and technical roles on such engagements.
  • Create detailed project plans for knowledge transfer, rollouts, and development projects.
  • Proactively identify challenges, issues, and risks in project delivery and develop a mitigation plan working closely with the client team.
  • Understand and apply Eminence tools and methodologies for Application development and maintenance projects.
  • Mentor team members and conduct training programs.
  • Create a Knowledge Management framework for your respective domain and capture best practices from projects in execution.
  • Ultimately responsible for project QA, client satisfaction, and project team performance.

Excellent communication skills, inter-personal skills, client-facing abilities and international exposure are pre-requisites for these positions. You should have a proven track record in the SAP domain you want to lead, good understanding of the onsite/Offsite/offshore delivery model, background in engineering or computer applications and MBA from premier institution.
