As
the Practice head, the manager will provide leadership and will
be the go-to person for business development and delivery functions.
We expect you to:
- Provide subject
matter expertise and thought leadership for business process improvement,
solution design.
- Establish client
relationship, understand their pain points, challenges, and goals.
- Participate in team
selection for functional and technical roles on such engagements.
- Create detailed
project plans for knowledge transfer, rollouts, and development
projects.
- Proactively identify
challenges, issues, and risks in project delivery and develop
a mitigation plan working closely with the client team.
- Understand and apply
Eminence tools and methodologies for Application development and
maintenance projects.
- Mentor team members
and conduct training programs.
- Create a Knowledge
Management framework for your respective domain and capture best
practices from projects in execution.
- Ultimately responsible
for project QA, client satisfaction, and project team performance.
Excellent communication
skills, inter-personal skills, client-facing abilities and international
exposure are pre-requisites for these positions. You should have
